To us!! We bought this strangely cool piece of work by Ted Parker & Merijn Hos at the opening of their Collaborative Works exhibition in Amsterdam last week. It happened to be the illustration depicted on their flyer and I love it. Can’t wait for it to colour our house. :-)
Merijn Hos‘ work is very diverse and “flows from illustration art into fine art and back again”. He does gallery work, but also commercial illustrations (think Coca Cola and Nike!). Ted Parker‘s illustrations (see previous posts of his work here, here and here) are funny and always a bit strange, with dogs smoking and naked men making wheelies on their skateboards. Recently he did an illustration for New York Times. I wonder what projects will be next..!
